"No Change." Lynn is and has been a Washington D.C. insider all the
way. He's a graduate of Dartmouth College and has a law degree from Cornell and
a masters from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton.
He's been a lobbyist
for years including his time as a lobbyist for Ted Kennedy on the Senate Arms
Services Committee.
