Benjamin - Surgeon General
Born
in 1956, Benjamin was nominated because like most of Obama pick's she is an Affirmative
Action choice. She's the third African-American nominated and she is only the
second Surgeon General nominated who is not a practicing physician. Obama's
first offer for the job went to Dr. Sanjay
Gupta; he wisely declined. Benjamin's medical training was paid for by the
federal government, of course. Her position on the board of the AMA is touted,
but if past board members are any indicator, this is not a plus.
The morbidly
obese Benjamin has fed at the federal trough at taxpayers' expense for years.
She founded a "clinic" Bayou La Batrie, Alabama. That's code for taxpayers
paying Benjamin for treating lazy welfare recipients for everything from the common
cold to having more children to keep the welfare class ongoing.
Obama claims
that Benjamin mortgaged her house and maxed-out her credit cards to rebuild her
clinic after it was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. Before that, she moonlighted
by making house calls when Hurricane George destroyed the medical scam the first
time. Benjamin knows a cash cow when she sees one and uninsured welfare recipients
are not in short supply where she set up shop. However, now she sees a bigger
opportunity to scam the public and not even work thanks to Obama.
At the very
best, Benjamin will be another Joycelyn Elders. Benjamin's brother died of AIDS,
her father died of diabetes and her mother died of lung cancer.
Obama choice
of a fat Regina Benjamin was not for a healthier America. No, Benjamin's talent
is in scamming the system to make money for herself. Who better than Benjamin
to help Obama with his quest to control the lives of Americans through nationalized
health insurance? Would you choose her for your doctor?
