Father
Pfleger is probably best known for his anti-Hillary Clinton racist rant. Being
white, he was Obama in proxy playing the race card for Obama.
In a mocking diatribe
at Reverend Wright's Trinity United Church of Christ, Pfleger claimed that Hillary
thought that she was entitled to the democrat nomination because she is white
and Obama is not.
In any event, is was another example of a church being used
for political purposes rather than for religion. Interestingly, liberals only
have a problem with the separation of church and state when it involves conservative,
pro-American ideals.
The Catholic Church has repeatedly admonished Pfleger for
his unacceptable behavior. Obama simply stated that it was not the Father Pfleger
he knew.
