Well, Lawrence "Sleepy" Summers has
been told to go back to Harvard and teach economics; he certainly couldn't get
his liberal theories to work outside of the classroom. With unemployment doubled
and the deficit quadrupled since Obama took office and appointed Summers, Obama
needed a scapegoat.
Yes, Summers has dozed through most meetings
and press conferences. It's not really clear whether Harvard will allow Summers
to return after they got rid of him.
Obama isn't sure who to
appoint to replace Summers. The problem really wasn't Summers; it was Obama for
appointing someone who had the same ignorant and stupid ideas on how to handle
the economy. Summers was harmless as long he wasn't actually allowed to test out
his moronic economic theories.
