Kagan - Solicitor General or Supreme Court Justice
Born
in 1960, Kagan served in - yes - the failed Clinton administration as White House
Council. She is another dime-a-dozen lawyer from Harvard. She was also a professor
at the University of Chicago Law School with, you guessed it, Barack Hussein Obama.
Lawrence
Summers, Obama's questionable pick for National Economic Council, promoted
Kagan to the dean of the Harvard Law School. So, you can see, this is just part
if tit-for-tat quid pro quo world of Obama.
The vetting process included questions
that seem to point to nominating her for the Supreme Court to replace a severely
ill Ruth Bader Ginsburg. While Kagan is a leftist, no one could be as far out
in left field as Ginsburg.
In any event, it's just more of the same. No change.
