Charles Freeman - "Chairman of the National Intelligence Council"
Born in 1943, Freeman is probably best known for saying that the communist Chinese acted too slowly in the massacre of students protesting in Tiananmen Square in 1989.

Freeman is a Washington insider who has worked within several administrations. He is also known for his dislike of Israel and for criticizing US support of Israel.

Contrary to his nomination by Obama's pick of Director of National Intelligence (disgruntled ex-admiral and lobbyist, Dennis C. Blair) to the position of Chairman of the National Intelligence Council, Freeman is not very bright. He implied that the cowardly attacks of 9-11 were cause for the US to investigate itself.

It's odd that this anti-liberty zealot has the name of Freeman. He was probably bullied in school.

Updated 03/11/2009 Well, that didn't take long. Charles Freeman has added his name to the growing list of Obama rejects. Apparently, Freeman was forced to withdraw his name as he didn't go quietly. Part of his departing rant included, "I have concluded that the barrage of libelous distortions of my record would not cease upon my entry into office. The effort to smear me and to destroy my credibility would instead continue." "Libelous?" No, Chucky, you're just a bully who finally got what he deserved. Freeman continued, "The libels on me and their easily traceable e-mail trails show conclusively that there is a powerful lobby determined to prevent any view other than its own from being aired, still less to factor in American understanding of trends and events in the Middle East. The tactics of the Israel Lobby plumb the depths of dishonor and indecency and include character assassination, selective misquotation, the willful distortion of the record, the fabrication of falsehoods, and an utter disregard for the truth." Wow, sounds a lot like Hillary's claim of a "vast, right-wing conspiracy" with a little sprinkling of anti-Semitism. Contrary to Freeman's accusations, it was actually members of his own party that pushed this pig out the door. If Obama had his way, Freeman would be leading the charge to give the $900 million to the terrorist group Hamas and join with Iran in attacking Israel.
